Today our school community will gather at 11am to honour and remember those who have given their lives in armed conflicts. On Sunday, I know that many of you will have taken part in services of Remembrance or watched the commemorations at the Cenotaph.
Congratulations to many of last years Reception pupils who have had their artwork published in a book called Me and My Family (pictured above). We have a copy of the book in the school foyer, if you would like to see their fantastic work!
This Wednesday we look forward to the visiting Maya Theatre Productions with a musical performance called Súper Chefs. This provides an opportunity for children to experience live theatre, learn about Latin American culture and discuss important values such as respect, diversity and resilience. Children will also be learning together with friends from across the two schools. A limited number of tickets for parents and younger siblings are available at the community shop in Norton. Families are welcome to join staff and pupils in enjoying the performance if they wish.
