Weekly update

There are some important events this week to look forward to.

Firstly, we welcome new reception pupils this Monday.  We will be encouraging all existing pupils to be excellent role models to show new starters our high standards of learning and behaviour.

On Tuesday, please join us for the open music lesson happening in the village hall from 9.30am, with refreshments provided by the PFA.

In the afternoon, class photos are being taken.  Please ensure children come to school with smart, full-school uniform.  As it’s PE day, Infants should come in PE kit with uniform to get changed into.  Juniors should come in uniform with PE kit to change into for the afternoon.  A little confusing though important to get good photos! Thank you.

Thank you for the high parental response to the curriculum renewal vision setting activity.  Your views are valuable to update our vision ahead of next academic year.

Based on the availability given in the survey, there will be a short curriculum vision session for parents this Wednesday 28th June straight after drop-off at school.  If you would like to take part but are unavailable at this time, please don’t hesitate to contact the school to arrange a time to speak with Mr Caswell.

Finally, this Friday afternoon, it’s our sports day followed by the PFA social.  We are looking forward to this community event.  Please bring a chair so that you can enjoy the action which starts at 2.00pm on the Rec.
